It’s important to understand how this site works.
Mike clearly states in the About section that he does NOT review ANY product.
In the true spirit of Web 2.0 and communities, ALL of the reviews will come from site visitors who actually TRIED the products.
No offense, but read before posting such things. It’s clearly spelled out.
Better yet - create a site like this and run it your way.

Having been online since 1994, I buy a lot of IM stuff, but always under various owned company names.
Chris “might” have a decent product and the bonuses are probably worth the “final” $39.95 price.
Yet, I did not buy this product and here is why…
Busy at the time, I bookmarked the site for later that evening and dammit, I found myself in the middle of amateur pop-up hell… At least 6 pop-ups that would not close without taking action, I used task manager to close out and never went back.
When a pop-up does not close at the “X,” most of you realize that it is no trick to make “no” a “yes” and download some BS to your hard drive.
You have to ask yourself, “if someone is still pulling this amateur crap, what can they teach me about modern IM?”
